About the project
The Romanian Automotive Register handles a high yearly volume of requests for inspections, homologations and technical verifications. The appointment system, which HubSoftware worked on as a collaborating company, gives citizens and companies a single digital channel for booking time slots, with instant confirmation and transparent capacity management for every branch.
The backoffice application models the institution’s internal workflows as executable BPMN processes: resource allocation, branch calendar management, exception handling and operational reporting. Processes are versioned and can be adjusted without touching application code.
