Systems for state institutions.
SaaS platforms for companies.

We build software that reaches production and stays there: institutional processes on BPMN engines, GIS components and multi-tenant platforms we operate ourselves.

  • 5 national systems in production
  • 3 SaaS platforms of our own
  • Executable BPMN processes
  • Integrated GIS components

Built on a stack we run every day, in production

Commitments

Four things we put in the contract.

24h

A written proposal in reply to any request — not a sales call.

6

Weeks from analysis to the first module running in the real environment.

90

Days of warranty after launch: any critical defect is fixed at no cost.

100%

The code and accounts of the work stay with the client at the end of the project.

Expertise

Four areas, one standard: systems people use every day.

We don’t ship prototypes. Every system below has users who open it on every working day.

BPMN solutions for public institutions

We digitise institutional processes on BPMN process engines: workflows are modelled graphically, executed automatically and can change without rewriting the application.

  • Versioned workflows, adjustable without a code release
  • Case handling, endorsement and decision, step by step
  • Integration with the institution’s existing registries and systems
  • BPMN
  • Camunda
  • Spring Boot
  • Angular

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

We design, build and operate platforms delivered as a service: one application serving different organisations, with isolated data and central administration.

  • Data isolated per organisation, a separate index for each
  • Central authentication and role-based permissions
  • Billing, notifications and third-party integrations
  • Multi-tenant

03GIS

Geospatial components

Interactive maps, real-time tracking of mobile assets, territorial analysis and geography-based alerts, integrated into the institution’s own system.

  • Real-time tracking of shipments and fleets
  • Geography-based tariffs and alerts
  • Maps inside the workflow, not next to it
  • PostGIS

Integrations and operations

The connections to the systems you depend on — tax authority, invoicing, payments, authentication — and keeping things running afterwards, including for applications built by someone else.

  • e-invoicing and the tax portal, rejection handling included
  • Taking over an existing application, with no rewrite promised up front
  • Monitoring, backups verified by restoring them, infrastructure in code

SaaS products

Real products, with real customers.

Three subscription platforms we build and operate ourselves. Each has its own website, customers and deadlines.

Team

A small team, all at senior level.

We are not a broker: the same people do the analysis, write the code and stay on the system after launch. That is why we run few projects at a time, and why we answer quickly when something breaks.

How we work

From process to production, in four steps.

The same method for an institutional system and for a SaaS platform: understand the process first, write code second.

  1. 01

    Process analysis

We sit with the people doing the work and write down the process as it happens, not as the regulation describes it.

  2. 02

    Architecture and data model

We settle the BPMN flow, the data model and the integrations. Decisions get written down, so they aren’t renegotiated at every meeting.

  3. 03

    Delivery in stages

We build in stages that can actually be used: each one goes to the real environment and is checked with real data.

  4. 04

    Operation and maintenance

We stay on the system after launch: monitoring, alerts, process changes and new reports on request.
